Team Building + Culture

Discover the secrets horses hold, to create a high functioning herd. . . . .

Their communication is precise, their energy is harmonised, and their understanding of their own place, and value in the herd creates a feeling of safety, strength and community. Horses deeply understand how to move together, towards shared success.

Of course within herds there is conflict, and challenge - but these things aren’t considered problems

  • How do you nurture and create the culture of your workplace?

  • How do you create thriving and foundational relationship within your team?

  • How do you deal with the challenges and conflicts that create dis-ease with your workplace culture?

  • What creates balance and strength within your team?

This day is designed to help you and your employees learn how to create more harmony and connection within themselves, their environment and their relationships - to build understanding, and a community that knows how to move together.

Let’s journey into the culture of your workplace, discover what’s there, and experience what could be possible.

Women’s Leadership

Horses in the wild innately trust themselves.
Women often don’t.

Due to culture, women can find leadership a challenge. Horses don’t.

Wild herds are often lead by mares - female horses - and their perspective of leadership is something women often enjoy tapping into and learning from, as the way horses express, and understand leadership, provides a clear pathway that makes sense, and is not only effective, but often missing from the work place.

Women face unique challenges when it comes to leadership, this workshop is designed to support women’s growth, confidence, communication, and help them connect to their own inspired ways of leading themselves and their teams.

This is a full day workshop designed for your leaders to:

  • Help see themselves clearly and objectively, in away they perhaps haven’t before

  • Develop and expand their leadership skills beyond what they currently do as leaders

  • Challenge their own perspectives of what it means to lead their team, and be a good leader.

  • Learn how to develop curiosity within themselves and their team. Curiosity is the number one tool that engages the human brain, opens communication pathway, naturally facilitates learning and creates new possibilities and growth.

  • Deepen their communication skills without words - only 4% of our communication is verbal - without this skill we’re not communicating well.

This is a fun, and sometimes confronting experience that evokes growth and connection on many different levels. Leadership is something horses know a lot about and they love to remind us what it looks and feels like when it’s done well.
